The Civil Engineering Department was started in the year 2013.The yearly intake of this department is 90 for regular three-year Diploma course to train students to become skilled civil engineers. We aim to give our students the best education possible, with experienced teachers and well-equipped labs. Our program focuses on both classroom learning and practical experience through field visits to construction sites, dams, and other projects. We want our students to learn about the latest technologies and become successful civil engineers, contribute to the development of infrastructure, construction, and environmental projects, ultimately benefiting their local communities, region, and the nation as a whole.
Civil engineers are like the builders of our world! They design and build the things we use every day, like roads, bridges, and the buildings we live in. They make sure these things are safe and work well. They also help keep our water clean and protect the environment.
Civil engineers are very important today because the world is changing fast. They help us deal with things like climate change and make sure our cities grow in a good way. Their work helps make our lives better and helps build a better future for everyone.
Civil Engineering Careers:
* High Demand: There's a lot of need for experienced civil engineers in developed countries.
* Job Opportunities: Civil engineers can work in government, private companies, research, and teaching. Job growth is expected to be good, even though the construction industry can be affected by the economy.
* Many Options: Civil engineering students have lots of job choices, including government jobs, railways, construction companies, the military, engineering services, consulting, road projects, building work, testing labs, housing societies, and real estate.
* Good Career Path: Civil engineering students can also get jobs with the Indian Engineering Services, Water Resources Department, Public Sector Units, and Public Works Department. It's a good career option in India and abroad.
